Donna kept on galloping around, and neighed back when Bayda did so to her. She was grateful to have Bayda at her side, as she seemed to be very nice, and, above all, was a great mate; she hoped they would stay like this for as long as they lived.
Donna nickered and gently groomed her back, before once again galloping through the stream, kicking up water; she jumped as a fish swam between her legs. This is the funnest thing I've done in a long time she thought top herself, before galloping back to Bayda, nipping her to play with her.
Me too she said, before taking a quick drink then following after Bayda to a shaded area, it was too hot to stay out in the sun all day. She lay down in the shade beside Bayda and nuzzled her gently. This is the start of beautiful friendship she thought, while she looked at Bayda and smiled; it was nice to have a friend around.
Donna looked at Bayda with happy eyes, she was so glad she had a friend she could trust and rely on always to be at her side. As Bayda rested her head on her flank, Donna fell into a deep, deep sleep full of happy, jolly dreams of her and Bayda playing together for the rest of their lives.
Deva trotted along the creek, smiling as she saw the rest of the herd. She was always late to gatherings, but, she didn't really care. The mare nickered in greeting to her herd mates before dipping her head and taking a sip out of the cool, refreshing water.
