Arabella slowed her canter to a walk as she came to the top of a sandy hill and viewed the ocean. It was magnificent. She let out a cry of happiness and cantered down and into the salty aqua. She loved water it made her feel alive. She tossed her ebon crania sending her ebon and moonwashed tresses floating into the air. She felt like running as long and as hard as she could. She reared up meeting a wave and whinnied happily as it sprayed her. She came down to the water sending diamonds in every direction and took off at a gallop sending sand and water everywhere. She was free of everything and arched her beautifully etched head and neck loving every second of the water. She dodged the small jelly fish on the beach easily galloping wild and free like she felt.
Ace walked slowly down the beach. He'd just bred with his lead mare, Ebony, and he felt happy, almost having a smile on his face, even though horses couldn't smile. He went into a trot and small bits of sand flew up around him. He sighed with joy as waves washed over his sore hooves. Suddenly he halted, sniffing the air. Another horse was here, a mare, on his land! He wondered if she'd like to join. He hoped Ebony wouldn't mind if he just talked to her. He went at a slow gallop until he reached the mare he smelled. "Hello," he told her, stopping in his tracks so as not to frighten her. "my name is Ace, leader of these lands. What is your name?"
Arabella skidded to a stop gracefully sending sand and salt water everywhere. She tossed her twotoned tresses sending them dancing in the wind. She looked at the dark bay that stood in front of her and realized he was very handsome. She arched her glistening crest and replied, " I am Arabella. " her words were like silk and her physique was charming yet bold in its contrast catching the eyes of many stallions. " You seem a lot nicer than your lead mare is. She came off a bit full of herself to me. " Arabella gazed at him with chocolate opals. She has never been afraid to speak her mind to stallions or mares alike. She was just like her coat color bold and charming each part of her contrasting beautifully with the next. The fire in her eyes showed her will to live and her free spirit which most came to love her for. She continued gazing into his eyes trying to see his spirit and true nature. She liked him but she was't sure how he liked her though if not she would not mind to travel these lands looking for what fate gave her and taking it.

Ebony trotted slowly back to the beach. Ace, there you are!She neighed, she sniffed the air, she recognised the scent, it was the mare from the beach. I believe we got off on the wrong hoof. I am Ebony, I would like to welcome you to Ace and myself's patch. She nickered at the tobiano mare.
She loved the beach, it was her favourite place of Ace's territory.
Arabella looked at the bay mare as she trotted up thinking she was just putting on a show for Ace but she didn't show it in her eyes or body language. " Well its nice to know you are not such a snob know. " she said in a matter of fact tone. Her coat was still soaked from the water making it glisten with health. She tossed her locks as they floated in the wind clearly she was full of energy and fire.
Just thought I'd let you know Ace, that myself and the little one, She looked round at her stomach, Are going to rest now by the trees over there. She gestured to a patch of trees in the shade. See you later then Arabella.
(( have you and Ace aplied on the foals board ?? ))
Arabella looked at her with interest in her eyes at the words "little one" knowing what it meant. She then said, " Have fun in the shade " she replied. She was not impressed with Ace's choice as lead mare in the least. She was young as she was but she didn't seem to have the fiery spirit that burned in her veins. She shook her head full of energy and turned back to Ace " A little one on the way. Well you must have a busy schedule! I thought I might inform you that I'm not the only one venturing onto your lands in fact there are several. Just when I was leaving a charcoal fae swollen with foal appeared and she was being followed by four others I caught her name it was ... Emera I think yes Emera. She seemed important. I think its a bit odd to have four mares traveling together though and one ready to foal at that. In my travelings I've never seen that happen before and I'm sure there is some reason behind it " She flicked her tail gazing into his eyes to see what he would say.
Ace watched Ebony walk off and then looked at Arabella. He became absorbed in her beautiful colors, but he snapped himself out of it...he had Ebony already, and he was proud of her. "What's that you said?" Ace asked, then he remembered. "Four mares on my lands and a new foal? Why, that is a bit odd, I suppose..." And the name Emera sounded familiar to him. Wait, that must be Fajer's lead mare! A jolt of anger swept through him at the thought of Fajer, the one who'd given him all his wounds and caused him pain, and the one who took his mares away from him. He stomped his hoof on the sand, then noticed that Arabella was there again and said, "Pardon me, I was just thinking about something." Ace was a bit embarressed by his actions.
Arabella looked at him quizicly wondering why the idea of four mare possibly joining his herd would make him angry. She continued watching him curious about his actions. Not many stallions had intrigued her curiosity but this one seemed to bring that out of her. She danced away from him crow hopping hoping to bring him out of his anger. She liked him and she wondered if he was the playfull type. She turned back to him with a smile in her eyes. She wondered if he liked her fiery personality that she so proudly showed off.
Arabella nodded her head as the splash caught her in the chest. She loved the water and reared up playfully. She sent water back at him when she landed and smiled at him seductively. She couldn't help but flirt with him he was ever so handsome. She wasn't sure if she was appealing to him or not but she hoped he liked her as much as she liked him.
Ace couldn't help but laugh. This mare really caught his eye, and she was more playful than Ebony, who seemed to be a bit serious...he sighed and looked at his mare who was now resting nearby. Ace rolled over onto his back and enjoyed himself as the waves washed over him, cleaning off his wounds a little more.
Arabella watched curiously as he laid down into the waves. She pranced over to him as they calmly washed over her sending liquid diamonds in every direction. She tossed her twotone mane and stopped in front of him. She lowered her crania placing her nares on his and blew out softly. The warm air that exited Ace sent chills down her spine. She squeeled playfully and tossed head.
Arabella looked at him with laughter in her eyes but she wasn't sure what to say to him. " Well ... I um could I just stay awhile first before i decide? I mean I like you a lot... but I'm not sure how me and Ebony will get along. She seems... I'm not sure how to descibe it " she finished her words in a hurry hoping not to offend Ace but only to describe her feelings. She didn't understand how a playfull stag like Ace would be with such a serious fae.
