Emera looked at her foal with the same love she held for Fajer in her eyes. She wanted to nudge her to show her affection but she resisted knowing she would probably knock her small frame into the lush carpet below. She then noticed two famililar smells. She turned and nudged Huda knowing it must have taken a lot out of her to come back to what she ran away from. The other smell was rain which was not good for her little new born filly. She looked at her littler daughter's delicate frame and said, " Come on I know your hungry " She watched in amazement at her and then looked back to Huda nickering her to come closer. She was trying her best to be a good lead mare and make everyone as comfortable as possible in this dreary time. She knew Fajer would not win and she also knew thats the reason Lessa urged them to leave. She would not let her think what would happen once he lost. She only hoped Flame did not catch there trail but it would be hard to miss tracks from five mares.

Ella could tell this little filly was very determined. She lowerd her head to get a better look at her. Isn't she preshious she nickered to Lessa. She looked up to the heavens and thought about how wonderfull it must be to have a little colt to call your own and watch grow up in this misterious world.

Smiling at Emera, Huda took a step closer to see that Amirah was standing on her long pistons. The filly looked overjoyed to be in this world. Emera looked exhuasted by the traveling and delivering of her filly. The loved filled gaze Emera had on Amirah was a reflection of better times, quiekly glancing back at their trail she too reaslized how clear it was with grass flattened and limbs of trees bent. With a soft sigh Huda turned back to the band and watched on as Emera encouraged her filly to drink.

Emera ripped her eyes away from the young filly and looked at Lessa. They needed to talk away from the others so the older mare knew what was to come. She was pretty sure the others were clueless at how desperate and devastating the situation could end up. This was supposed to be a time for happiness not fear and bloodshed. The thought made her angry. She would not let Flame harm her foal. She would die before Amirah was to be harmed. She looked back into Amriah's chocolate pools and smiled lovingly at her.

She looked up as high as she could trying to get a better vision of her mother. She wanted to come to her, but to afraid that she might fall on the carpet green grass beneath her. She hated to fall, the last time she did it felt like her whole sole dropped and everything she worked so hard for. He wobbly legs were so slender and weak, but she managed to take one ting, bone wobbling step towards her beloved mother.

Emera nickered as Amirah wobbled to her urging her on. She bobbed her head in excitement and whinnied excitedly to her. She nudged Huda's neck with her excitment trying to make her understand how she felt. Amirah was hers but she wanted the others to feel like she was theirs to. She nickered again waiting for Amirah to take another step.

Still grazing and slightly smiling at the young foal's efforts to stand, Lessa sensed Emera's trouble and raised her head, going rigid as she again scanned the area around her for danger. Then she pirouetted sauntering back and daintily side-stepping the wobbly foal, coming to stand next to Emera as she gazed down at her child.
"Mmmm?" She said, gently brushing her nose against the ebon mare's ear. "There's something bothering you again, you shouldn't be thinking about that right now". She playfully winked at the filly, again feeling mischiefous. "Something you want to talk about?"

Emera looked at Lessa with knowing eyes and with expertly made a gesture to groom Lessa's mane looking innocent enough and whispered, " You and I bother know Fajer will not win this battle. We need to discuss what should happen when Flame returns. " She nudged Lessa and returned watching her foal as she wobbled.

Ella gave Lessa and Emara and uneasy glare behind there backs. She wanted to know why they left her out of the conversation... Lessa isn't even part of the heard she grumbled to her self. She never exactly liked Lessa, and for her to just come in and start telling everyone what to do just made her furious.

Gabby was so surprised that a newborn filly had entered the world so suddenly that she almost fell into the water with surprise. She'd seen foals before, yes, but had not seen them being born. Gabby calmed herself though, watching the little filly with happiness. A new life had emerged into the world!

"Yes, I am aware" She said, grooming Emera's prominant, graceful withers. "We can rest here for a while, but we will need to keep moving, downsteam, with the current so the water doesn't carry our scent back to him when he finally comes after us..." She cast a glance down at the filly, still wobbling and smiled warmly. "I'll fight if it comes to that, I'm not sure if I'll be able to win, but I'll be able to hold him off long enough for you to take the mares and run. I do not doubt in the other mare's capabilities either, Fajer made a good choice in fighting for them."
Sighing, she lowered her head and mussed the fillie's hair playfully.
"I swear, Emera, she looks just like you did when you were born... same fire in the eyes. Did I ever tell you that you glared at me the minute you came out? It was hilarious" She laughed to herself, hoping her humor was melting into Emera's fear, before resuming her ministrations opon the mare's back.

Emera nodded her head in agreement to Lessa's words smiling a little at what she said about Amirah. Suddenly she noticed another fae. She was standing in the water watching them with wide eyes. Emera stepped in front of Amirah and snorted not knowing this mare. She tossed her ebon mane watching her suspiciously.

"Oh, I'm sorry," Gabby told Emera, slightly embaresed, stopping her staring. "I didn't introduce myself. I'm Gabby. I currently have no herd." She didn't know what else to say, she just hoped Emera wouldn't veiw her as an enemy, as Gabby wouldn't ever hurt her, her foal, or even another horse.

Emera looked at the blue roan and decided she wasn't a threat. She then said, " No need to apologise we are all on edge. You are welcome to join us. " Althought she didn't like the idea one bit of an unknown mare coming near Amirah she decided safety was in numbers right now and kept an eye on her.
